By using GroMitra you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our role — facilitator, not a lender
GroMitra is a facilitator / Direct Selling Agent (DSA) that connects you with banks, NBFCs and Chartered Accountants. We are not a lender and do not sanction loans. All loan approvals, interest rates and terms are decided solely by the lender at their discretion. We make no guarantee of loan approval, amount, or timeline.
2. Eligibility & accurate information
You must be 18+ and provide true, complete information. Submitting false documents or information may result in rejection and account termination.
3. Services & fees
CA/tax service fees, if any, are shown before you proceed. Government/statutory fees are separate. Fees for facilitation are for our services and are independent of any lender charges.
4. Franchise partners
Franchise partners operate under a separate agreement and act as facilitators. They are not authorised to collect payments or make commitments on our behalf beyond the agreed scope.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroMitra is not liable for lender decisions, delays by third parties, or indirect losses. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at your operating city have jurisdiction.
