Service fees
Fees paid for CA/tax services are for professional work performed on your behalf. If work has not yet commenced, you may cancel and request a refund of the service fee. Once filing/work has begun, fees are non-refundable to the extent of work done.
Government & statutory fees
Government/statutory charges (e.g. registration fees, taxes) paid to authorities are non-refundable.
Loan facilitation
GroMitra does not charge you for loan facilitation unless explicitly stated. Any such fee, if applicable and paid before processing, is refundable if the service was not delivered.
How to request
Email refunds@gromitra.in or contact our Grievance Officer with your case reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
